Real estate is not only about money and mortgages, boards and bricks, types of heating or unexpected surprises with building inspections. It is also about the Buyer writing up an offer or the Seller who has never sold a property on his or her own. Careful attention to the (often hidden) personal needs of all parties sets the climate for a WIN-WIN situation.
I frequently talk about the spirit of the deal which brings dignity to the forefront of the transaction. Here's an example:
